I’m participating in a study, something about how the facilities in an area impact on the exercise and travel habits of the people who live there. I’m wearing a pedometer this week, and apparently today while walking to the train station and back, going to get my lunch and walking around the office, I took 9518 steps or walked 5.13km, burning 335.4 calories.
Counting up the stats is addictive… must be the geek thing.
