Lucky Kay gets to go to Web Essentials in Sydney in September, and I’m pretty goddamn excited! I’ve been raving about it over on my standards blog which is where it really belongs, but I thought it was interesting to note that Jeffrey Veen will be running a workshop the day before it starts. Not that I can go, unfortunately. But it’s called “Designing the Next Generation of Web Apps” and from the writeup it looks like it will be covering usability and interaction with RIAs and Ajax-powered apps. Looks pretty good.
Did I mention that I’m spewing cos I can’t go?
