Swooshes, Swirls and Strange Jumping Men

A post over at flex-mx about unorignal client logos reminded me of a classic article on AListApart. I finally found it in the wayback machine and then some googling found a “real” archived copy of Being Jakob Nielsen: the story of the Blue and the Green.

I remember reading that article when it was fresh, and thinking it was the most inspired piece about web design I’d ever seen. Designers are cattle… heh heh. Is is still funny? Absolutely. Check it out.

On another note, googling for “being jakob nielsen” was entertainment in itself… a lot of people really don’t like the bloke.
