Com­po­nent Software’s cs-rcs is a great lit­tle revi­sion con­trol pro­gram. Check it out on their site: http://www.componentsoftware.com (the sin­gle user ver­sion is freeware).

I con­verted the Cold­Fu­sion Studio/HomeSite tool­bar to the new dwmx for­mat, and Neil Robertson-Ravo pack­aged the mxp instal­la­tion file for me — thanks Neil! You’ll need to use the Macro­me­dia Exten­sion Man­ager to install it.

The tool­bar assumes that you have cs-rcs installed in the default directory:

c:\Program Files\Component Software\CS-RCS\

If this is not the case, you’ll need to mod­ify the fol­low­ing file:

drive:\Documents and Settings\[user]\Application Data\Macromedia\Dreamweaver MX\Configuration\Toolbars\csrcs.xml

Edit it in NotePad or some­thing sim­i­lar. Change all ref­er­ences to the c:\Program Files\ etc to your own path. That’s it!
