A post over at flex-mx about unorig­nal client logos reminded me of a clas­sic arti­cle on AListApart. I finally found it in the way­back machine and then some googling found a “real” archived copy of Being Jakob Nielsen: the story of the Blue and the Green.

I remem­ber read­ing that arti­cle when it was fresh, and think­ing it was the most inspired piece about web design I’d ever seen. Design­ers are cat­tle… heh heh. Is is still funny? Absolutely. Check it out.

On another note, googling for “being jakob nielsen” was enter­tain­ment in itself… a lot of peo­ple really don’t like the bloke.
